The Educational Platform (Plataforma Educativa) Foundation develops projects and services aimed mainly at socially disadvantaged groups of people with requirements in regard to labour integration, persons with disabilities, persons with special needs, immigrants, children and young people in risk of social exclusion.

The Educational Platform Foundation has its origins in the Association Educational Platform 3 Esses. The Foundation has been working in Social Education since 1994, when it was established as a non-profit entity. Its interests are centred toward the accomplishment of tasks of general interest in the area of social education and labour integration, as well as in providing care for people in risk of social exclusion, in particular children and young people.

In the year 2002 it changed into a Foundation, which is currently constituted by a Board.

On the basis of this simplicity the Foundation wants to define a wide-ranging and multifaceted fund which, through its actions and work in the field of education, will work towards the aim of defining a specific entity project and develop a series of programs and services around it.
