Open centres and municipal services for children

The objective of these services is to provide individual and/or group based formal or informal educational support services, to a mixed and reduced group of children and/or young people who find themselves in a situation of high social risk and/or other problem situations, and who have been transferred by social services or educational institutions.

The Foundation manages the open Centre for Young People in Salt (Gironès county).

Age group: 12 to 16 years of age.

Location: Located in Salt, in one of the districts with most social and financial difficulties of the municipality.

The title holder of the institution is the Local Council of Salt and operated by the Educational Platform Foundation.

Personnel: 1 educator and 1 integrator.
