This service was created as a response to the demand from other entities with goals similar to ours and with similar social objectives, to provide integral care services to persons living in a situation of social risk or in risk of being in that situation, be it directly or through collaboration with other entities.

The service is dependent of the General Board of the Foundation and contemplates the transversal integration from within all the areas of the entity. The main objective is to provide services aimed at improving the operation of the different entities and to establish a collaborative work programme with them.

  • Application of the new Information technologies and IT support
  • Organisation of training courses
  • Improvement of corporate image
• Improving the financial administration system.
  • Research of grants and subsidies
  • Resource optimisation
• Working on service quality
  • Application of the ISO 9001/2000 Quality system.
• Searching for new areas of work.
  • Planning and creation of new projects
• Establish cooperation agreements with other entities.

Formula
Starting from an initial study to establish the common working objectives, a collaboration agreement is closed. In each case the agreement has reflected different requirements, all of which are focussed on improving the operation and structure of the entity, as well as the projects being dealt with.
