Under the slogan “Learn from the past, live the present, work for your future” the colleagues of Fundació Astres write to tell us about the celebration of a very special anniversary: the 10th of the Can Font de Llorà residence hall.

On October 9th we celebrated the tenth anniversary of the Cant Font Residence, which focuses its activity on caring for people with intellectual disabilities and behavioural disorders since 2009.
Professionals and people attended to Cant Font spent all day at the Can Forellac equestrian center in Sils, where music and nature were the main ingredients of the celebration.
Throughout the morning we were able to enjoy the performance of JAU F, Maken Row and Enest Prana and the programming continued with the visualization of many of those small moments that have been recorded throughout these ten years, a lunch prepared with a lot of warmth capable of satisfying the most demanding and with a cake as a closing.
At the end of the day, everyone who wanted to, had a space to express themselves freely and where they took the opportunity to sing, recite and, in general, make everyone participate in what Can Font has meant for each of the people attended and by each of the professionals and what trajectory remains to be covered.
This celebration was made possible thanks to the participation of all the hard-working people of Can font, the people attended and the selfless collaboration of Mr. Pep Bosch and the horse riding club Can Forellac, to whom we want to express our gratitude for their commitment and dedication.
