Last Tuesday, November 24, the Gentis Foundation participated in the VII Forum on Inclusive Employment and Entrepreneurship organized by the Acción Contra el Hambre Foundation, where experiences in social innovation for inclusion were exposed.
In the same forum, which this year was held in virtual format, the ceremony of the best practices of the European Network of Innovation for Inclusion was held, promoted by the same entity, and in which the Gentis Foundation was a finalist in the category of “Inclusive Employment” presenting as a good practice the methodology of the Lo Pont Adult Training Center. The manager, Marta Cid, collected the award and highlighted the importance of working on inclusion as a key element to build a more egalitarian society.
Later, the head of studies of the center, Judit Rufí, presented the methodology of the CFA Lo Pont in the workshop space destined for the winning and finalist practices. The Gentis Foundation had a virtual stand where a small explanation of the methodology presented and a video with images of the students were exposed.
